WEM (WEM3 LTD) does not take payment for the retailer products shown on comparison pages, and we do not hold that stock. Checkout is always on the merchant. Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations follow that merchant's policy.

How to return an item

  1. Open the order confirmation or account page on the retailer you paid.
  2. Follow their returns process (window, packaging, and who pays return postage).
  3. Refunds are issued by that retailer to the original payment method they charged.

What WEM can help with

We can help with the WEM website, the browser extension, and whether a comparison page is showing the right product. We cannot reverse a retailer charge or collect a parcel. Email contact for WEM product questions.
