WEM (WEM3 LTD) is a comparison marketplace. We do not warehouse, pick, pack, or deliver the products shown on this site. When you choose an offer, you complete the purchase on the retailer's website. That retailer is the merchant of record and sets shipping.

Who ships the order

The retailer you check out with ships the item under their own delivery options. Carrier, service level, dispatch time, and whether postage is free or charged are shown on that retailer's product and checkout pages — not by WEM.

Price on WEM vs price you pay

Prices on WEM comparison pages are the retailer's listed item price at the time we last fetched it. They exclude delivery unless the retailer's listing already says otherwise. Tax, shipping, and any checkout-only discounts are confirmed on the retailer's site before you pay.

Delivery problems

Lost parcels, delays, and address changes are handled by the retailer you paid. WEM cannot redirect a shipment we did not send. Use the retailer's order support. For questions about WEM itself, see contact.
